Linux Port and Board Support for the TMPA900-CPU-Board
Introduction
The TMPA900-CPU-Board is a SO-DIMM form factor self contained CPU module equipped with:
- Toshiba TMPA900 main SOC CPU @ 200MHz, ARM9
- 64MB DRAM
- 256MB NAND flash
- 10/100MBit ethernet
- LCD, UART, I2C, SPI, etc...
The module along with and without a development baseboard is distributed by Glyn. For inquiries about the hardware contact toshibamcu@glyn.de.
